B4. Your practice environment is complete, and your transition is coming up soon? Here's all the information you need to ensure a smooth kick-off.

Carefully review the information below to prepare for the kick-off and get started smoothly.

1. Data integrity 

Ensure no further changes are made to the system from the start of the transfer until after the kick-off meeting. Only the data present in the system at the agreed-upon time of the transfer will be migrated to the new platform.

2. Online bookings

The online bookings set up on the old system will be automatically disabled from the moment of data migration to prevent patients from booking on your previous platform. Therefore, be sure to create the new booking links to replace the old ones on your website. You can find instructions on how to create the links in our knowledge base article.

Outstanding bookings that still need to be accepted or rejected on the previous system will not be transferred. Ensure all bookings are processed before the data transfer. You'll have to manually transfer any unprocessed bookings.

3. Extra settings and preparation for a smooth kick-off

For a smooth kick-off, we recommend taking a look at the settings below beforehand and, if possible, setting them up. If you get stuck on anything, don't worry; we'll go over it together during the kick-off meeting.
