A5. What happens to my current license and are there price differences when I transition to Crossuite QI?
We will carry over the remaining term of your current license to Crossuite QI. The transition itself is completely free of charge, and no extra costs will be billed until the end of your current license period.
You will now have full control over your subscription and can choose to pay monthly or annually. You can easily calculate the current rates on our website: https://www.crossuite.com/be_en/pricing/
Approximately two weeks before the end of your trial period, you will receive an email with instructions to set up your new subscription.
You can now set up a separate subscription for each account. For instance, if you have both a physiotherapist and an osteopath in your practice, you can assign each of them the correct subscription, tailored to their specific needs.
