Manage Invoices
Click on your profile picture at the bottom left > [Billing].
The
Invoices tab displays a history of your invoices. Click on
[
] to download an invoice.
On the right, you'll see an overview of your active subscriptions, payment details, and current costs:
- Estimated invoice amount: The amount for your current subscription settings.
- Billable usage: The amount for extra services like AIQU and additional storage.
- Billing status: Here you can see if the practice has any unpaid invoices with Crossuite BV.
- Invoice details: These details are used to bill your Crossuite subscriptions.
- Default payment method: The payment method set for your invoices.
Manage Payment Methods
Click the [Payment methods] tab at the top.
Here you'll find an overview of your saved payment methods and your default payment method.
To add a new payment method, click the [+Add payment method] button.
Select your desired payment method, enter the correct details, and finally, click [Confirm].
Once you've added a new payment method, you can select it as the default via the [Make default] button if you wish.
