Mollie - Add/modify payment methods

Before you can configure payment methods in Mollie, it is important that your Crossuite account is linked to Mollie. How to do this can be found in this article Mollie - Activating online payments

To access the settings for online payment methods via Mollie, go to [My account] in Crossuite and select [Integrations]. Choose the [Practice integrations] tab, under ‘Online payments’ choose the integration with Mollie and click [Dashboard].



A new tab will prompt you to log in to your Mollie account. Do this with the e-mail address and password you use for your Mollie account.


Once logged in to Mollie, you will be taken to the home screen. In the top right, click on your profile icon . Choose [⚙️ Settings], then in the navigation on the left, choose ‘Payments’ under the title ‘Products’.


Here you have the option to enable or disable various payment methods.

Warning
It is very important that you determine the payment methods in the Crossuite profile of your Mollie account. You will recognise this profile because the name starts with ‘Crossuite’.



After choosing the right profile, activate the preferred payment methods for your practice by clicking the plus sign next to the respective payment method.

Please note that currently we only support the payment methods ‘Bancontact’ and ‘iDeal’.



If there is a payment method enabled that you no longer wish to use, you can easily deactivate it by clicking on the check mark.
