Mollie - Activating online payments

Our Mollie integration makes managing payments for your practice easier than ever! Send payment requests for invoices, treatments or appointments with ease and let your patients pay online using their favourite payment method (Bancontact, Payconiq, iDeal and more). In addition, thanks to Mollie, payments can also be made directly in the practice via QR code, terminal or self-service kiosk. The payment status is automatically updated in Crossuite, ensuring financial records are always complete and up-to-date, without any extra work.
No extra cost from Crossuite - only Mollie charges a small fee per transaction. This is the only cost involved in facilitating online payments in your practice.
Questions about the Mollie platform itself? In this case, it's best to contact Mollie directly as Crossuite does not offer support on this.
Go to [My account] > [Integrations] > [Practice integrations] and under Online payments at the Mollie integration, click the [Activate] button.
Create an account with Mollie by completing the steps within the wizard. If you already have a Mollie account, you can login with your existing email address and password to link your Mollie account to your Crossuite account.
When you have successfully logged in, a green dot appears next to the integration with the message [Active]. This means that your Mollie account has been activated.
[Your balance] displays what is left in your Mollie account.
[Waiting] displays what is being transferred to your bank account.
The [Dashboard] button takes you to the homepage of your Mollie account on the Mollie website. Here, you manage further settings regarding your Mollie account.
