B3. Want to be extra prepared? Go ahead and set up these settings!

Info
For a smooth kick-off, we recommend taking a look at the settings below beforehand and, if possible, setting them up. If you get stuck on anything, don't worry; we'll go over it together during the kick-off meeting.

1. Set up your SMTP for outgoing emails

By default, you'll notice that emails can't be sent from your practice environment yet. Just like in Legacy, you need to set up your SMTP so that Crossuite has permission to send emails from your email address.

  1. Email set-up

If you use the online booking system, it’s good to know that your current Legacy booking page will be automatically deactivated from the moment of data migration. This prevents patients from making bookings through the old system.

In Crossuite QI, you can now create new booking links yourself. Be sure to take some time to review and personalize the new booking settings—this will ensure a smooth and professional patient experience.

3. Personalize your email templates

As mentioned in the data migration document, customized email templates from Legacy will not be automatically transferred to Crossuite QI. If you've been using personalized templates, you can now create or edit them yourself in Crossuite QI.

4. Connect your integrations

As mentioned in the data migration document, existing integrations from Legacy (such as Stripe, eHealth, or Vecozo) are not automatically transferred. You'll need to reactivate these in Crossuite QI.
