Creating or editing a booking link

To create or edit a booking link, go to the settings  , select the option [Webbookings] and go to [Weblinks].


If you already have an existing link, you can modify it by clicking the icon. To create a new link, click the [+] button.

In the window that opens, you can choose the displayed options:
  • Practitioners: determines which practitioners the patient can choose.
  • Locations: only the slots of the selected location are shown; if multiple locations are selected, the patient gets a choice screen.
  • Items: determines the choice of appointment types that the patient can select.
  • Language: determines the language in which the booking interface is displayed.
If you set the option to 'extended,' you have the option to customize the layout of the booking platform.



In the [Show colleagues] dropdown, you have the option between Horizontal and Vertical. The difference between horizontal and vertical is best demonstrated by the following screenshots.

By checking the [Show days without current availability] option, the days that are unavailable will also be shown. However, this only applies to the horizontal layout.

After setting this up, click [Create] and your link will be created.
