Creating or editing a booking link
To create or edit a booking link, go to the settings
, select the option [Webbookings] and go to [Weblinks].
Create a new link via [

] or click on [

] to edit an existing link.
The following options will be displayed:

Personal title: Give the web link a name that is only visible to you.
- Location: Select the location to which the web link applies. You can select only 1 location per web link.
- Appointment type: Determine which appointment type the patient can select.
- Default language: Choose the language in which the booking interface is displayed. Patients can still change this themselves if desired.
- Held: Make the appointment link available in the patient’s Held app.
Then click on [Save] to save this web link. It will now look as follows.
