Through the appointment from the calendar, it is possible to immediately arrange financial administration. This means you can handle payments, including online payments and invoicing, directly via the appointment.
Click on an appointment. To navigate to the appointment, search for the appointment via the pinned patient or appointment report.
In the appointment balloon, the payment status is shown with a coloured button.
- Green button = appointment fully paid.
- Yellow button = appointment partially paid.
- Red button = appointment fully unpaid.
To add a payment, click on the unpaid amount or on [Add payment] > [Register payment].
If you want to send an online payment request, click further on [Online payment].
Click [View finances] or [Create invoice] to create and send an invoice.
