Online payment of treatment or invoice
In this article, you will read how to send an online payment request for a treatment to the patient.
Open the financial panel of your treatment and click on [Request online payment].
Or click [Pay treatment] in the appointment balloon and then [Online payment].
Choose the email template to send the payment invitation. You have the choice to send a payment request with or without an invoice.
Then click [Send Email].

Please note: if you choose to send a payment request with an invoice, first create an invoice for the treatment. You can read how to create an invoice in the following article:

You can find the email templates via [settings] > [communication] > [email templates] > [finances], within the online payments tab.
