Info
Manage all your appointments via this report for the past and the future

The appointments report is available in the general report or in the patient record:
  1. General reporting
    1. Click on the  icon in the sidebar, under the [Appointments] category, click on [All appointments]
  2. Reporting within the patient record
    1. Open the patient record > Go to [Finance]. Click [All Invoices] at the top and then [All appointments].
By default, the report opens with all appointments for the current day.

From the report, clicking on the   icon takes you directly to the appointment in the calendar. The   icon opens the details of the patient linked to the appointment.

In the appointment report, you manage the finances of an appointment by clicking on the [ ⋮ ] icon. After this, click [Open finance panel]

Idea
Tip! Managing finances from the appointment report is a handy feature for user with the Schedule package to keep their financial overview.


Filter the appointment report by appointments using the [Advanced Search] button at the top right. 


Belangrijke filters

  1. Status gekoppelde behandeling
    1. Met deze zoekfunctie filter je snel de afspraken waar reeds een behandeling en omgekeerd.
  2. Bron
    1. Met de bron maak je een onderscheid tussen afspraken ingepland door de behandelaar en door online boekingen.
  3. Webboeking status
    1. Om te zoeken naar boekingen die nog niet bevestigd zijn of enkel bevestigde boekingen filter je op Webboeking status.


Period
  1. The period is the first and most important filter. With this, you choose between which dates you want to retrieve data.
Idea
A forecast report is a report with a modified period in the future. Under period, choose [adjusted] (bottom option) and select the future period
Users/teams/locations
  1. With the filter for users and locations, you can extract data by colleague, location or for a group of colleagues and locations.



Summary of the report

You can open the summary on the right using the following buttons. Here you have several options for the summaries.
The options are:
  1. Total
  2. Per colleague
  3. Per location
  4. Per payment method
  5. Per product/treatment
  6. Per code

The summary shows up on the right and here you will find a summation of all the data.


The report summary shows only when [Advanced Search] is closed.
This summary closes with the cross or with the [Advanced Search] button.



General features

Exporting the appointment report.
Export the appointment report using the [Export report] button at the top right.



Change the file name here as desired.
Then choose whether to display the summary or not in Excel.
Idea
The summary gives you an overview in a new tab sheet within excel with all the accumulated values by colleague, location and others.
Finally, decide which patient data you want to display in the Excel.
Now create the file using the [Export to Excel] button.

Info
In the excel, all columns will come in the same way as set in the overview.

Search/sort in the report.

To search for specific values in the report, use the search bar at the top right. 

To sort according to a particular column, click the column name
The arrow next to the column indicates whether it is displayed ascending or descending.
