Set/customise display of your report

The reports in your reporting are fully customisable. Set different views and select which should open by default.

An export of a report is always exported as it is currently displayed
To change and/or set views, open the reports page with the button
on the left-hand side of the screen.Views can be set for each type of report. (Display for treatments, for invoices, for payments, ...)
Customise table view
Open an existing report.
Click the drop-down menu at the top right. Here you see all the preset table view options and choose which should be displayed.
To create your own table view, click [Manage columns].
The preset templates will now be displayed.
Create your own view
Click the [+] icon to create a new view yourself.

Click to
copy an existing view, and then modify it.
(Delete a view using the trash icon).
Name the view and choose whether it is available only to yourself or to everyone in the practice.
Under [Available columns], select the data to be displayed by clicking the [+] by the desired options.
These columns will then appear under the [Selected columns] section.
Now that all the preferred columns are selected, choose the default sorting order of the report.
Click
and drag the columns to adjust the order of the columns.Click [save] after the view is set.
After this, the view appears in the list of the other set views.

The view at the very top is the view that opens by default.
