Your transition to Crossuite QI is scheduled—how exciting! Good preparation is essential for a smooth start in your new work environment. In this article, we've gathered all the important information so you know exactly what to expect and what to pay attention to.

What you need to know about the transition from Legacy to Crossuite QI

A large portion of your practice data is automatically transferred to Crossuite QI, including patient information, appointments, documents, and financial data. However, some data, such as certain templates, sent emails, or fully booked days, will not be transferred.

Explore Your New Practice Environment in Advance 

Before your transition, you will begin setting up your new practice environment in Crossuite QI yourself. In addition to the mandatory steps, we strongly recommend that you also take some time to explore the settings, features, and new possibilities.

  2. The chat is available every business day from 8:30 to 17:00. There's a short break between 13:00 and 14:00, but you can still send your question through.
  3. Outside of business hours, your message will be automatically forwarded as an email so we can assist you on the next business day.
