Send invoices in bulk

Warning
The number of emails you can send at once depends on your email provider. We recommend never sending more than 30 emails (invoices) simultaneously unless you are sure your email provider allows it. Check with your email provider for SMTP limits.

Click on the [€] button to open the financial reporting.

 

Open the list of invoices by clicking on [All invoices].

Send a bulk email

In the overview, select the desired invoices using the check marks, and click [Send email].

Select the email template, and click [Send].
