Modify email when sending invoice

If you want to send the invoice by email and select a different email template or add something extra to the accompanying email to the patient, use the 'Preview email' function.
Within the invoicing panel, click the arrow at the bottom right and then on [Create & preview email].
Under [Select the template] it is possible to use a different email template if desired.
The [Preview] button shows a preview of the email.
Here are the possible actions:
- change the sender
- add or remove an email address
- adjust the subject of the email
- adjust the content of the email via the [Edit] button
- add an attachment
Finally, click the green [Send] button to send the email.
