Restoring Deleted Data in the EMR

Open the patient file. Click on []




in the top right to show the filter options. Tick the desired option(s) to make the deleted data visible.

Deleted items are always shown in light gray, and the date the item was deleted is also displayed. A deleted attachment will be indicated by a strikethrough.

Click on [] next to a deleted item to restore it.

Deleted forms and attachments can be found under the "Complaint/Medical history" section.


Deleted treatments are located within the "Treatments" section.


You can restore deleted episodes by clicking on the current episode at the top. You'll then see the deleted episodes linked to this patient displayed in light gray.
