The activity log is a place where all system activity is recorded. It's a form of high-level logging. Depending on your account's permissions, you can access the activities of all users in the practice or only those of the account you're logged into.
The log is available within the patient file. In the calendar, the log is displayed per appointment. See also: Viewing the appointment log
Go to [My account], then navigate to [Edit practice]. At the top, click the [Advanced] tab, and then click [Open activity log].

The activity log will now open. Click on [Advanced search].
Select the desired period for which you want to consult the activity log. You can also manually enter a period using the date fields. Under [Filter characteristics], choose the type of activity. You can select multiple activities if desired.
Choose the desired [Subcategory] of the item for which you want to consult the logs. Here too, you can select multiple items.
The results are then displayed, showing you:
- When an activity was performed
- The type of activity
- The category the activity falls under
- The description of the activity
If you want to view even more information about a specific activity, click [Open detailed log].
You can hide the details by clicking the [Collapse all] button.
