A2. What is the transition process to Crossuite QI?

We will contact you to schedule a date for your practice's transition and to review the process. The transition consists of two important moments: the data migration and the kick-off meeting.
- Data migration: This takes place the evening before the kick-off, starting at 6:00/7:00 PM. During this step, all data from your current practice will be transferred to the new Crossuite QI environment.
- Kick-off meeting: This is an approximately 60-minute session where we will explore your new environment together and guide you through Crossuite QI.
It is important that you do not actively work on the Legacy system from the start of the data migration until the kick-off meeting, to ensure a smooth transfer. During this period, certain functions, such as online bookings, will be temporarily unavailable.

Once the date is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with clear instructions to begin the first step of the process: preparing and setting up your new practice environment. This email will include helpful manuals and instructional videos to assist you.
Step 2 - We finalize your new practice environment
After you successfully complete step 1, we will take over. Our team will review, complete, and optimize the setup of your Crossuite QI environment, ensuring that everything is fully prepared for the migration and you can get started smoothly.
Step 3 - Data Migration and Kick-off Meeting
Once both steps are complete, we will perform the data migration and the kick-off meeting will take place. From that moment on, you will work entirely in Crossuite QI, and your practice can start in the new environment.
