A1. How do I start the transition to Crossuite QI?
The transition to Crossuite QI will eventually become mandatory. That's why we are proactively contacting practices that are currently eligible to schedule a transition date together.
If you are interested in making the switch or would like to start the process now, you don't have to wait for us to contact you. You can reach us at transfers@crossuite.com or through our help desk—by phone, email, or chat.
After your request, you'll receive an email with further information. Afterward, one of our colleagues will personally contact you to explain the process and possibly schedule your transition.
At this time, we are only contacting practices whose currently used functionalities on Legacy are already available on Crossuite QI.
Even if you have expressed interest in transitioning, a further analysis might show that it is not yet possible. In that case, we will postpone the transition until all the necessary features are ready.
