C1. Frequently Asked Questions After the Transition (FAQ)
With Crossuite QI, you can now create and edit your own booking link. The link automatically adapts, so you don't need to replace anything on your website, even after making a change.
In Crossuite QI, patient files open in a single tab by default. This is a deliberate choice for several reasons:
- Faster system operation: By working in a single tab, the environment remains more stable and responsive, even with intensive use.
- Better performance, regardless of your device: In the previous version, with multiple tabs open at once, the system would slow down depending on your computer or network.
- New way of navigating: The pinning function allows you to easily keep files and sections open while you navigate.
- Future-oriented structure: Working in one central tab allows room for new features that will be released soon.
While it's still possible to open a file in a new tab, this is no longer the default option as we advise against this workflow.
To open a file in a new tab, right-click on [Edit Treatment] or [Open Patient File] and select [Open link in new tab]. Note that the wording may differ slightly depending on your browser. If you use a mouse, you can also click with your scroll wheel.
In Crossuite QI, it's possible for you to adjust your forms, such as questionnaires or anamnesis, yourself. You can now do this without needing to contact our help desk.
If data is missing that you can't find in the document, please let our help desk know at
support@crossuite.com, by
phone, or via the
built-in chat function in the system.
