Upload document manually

A document (PDF, text, or image) can have various file formats, for example, PDF, DOCX, TXT, PNG, JPEG, ...
Uploading a document to a patient
You can upload a document to a patient in various places within their file:
- Medical history
- Episode Treatment
- General
In the Medical history and Episode sections, click the [add attachment] button.
In a treatment, you click on this
icon to add an attachment.
You open the general documents section by clicking on [Documents].=

In the documents section, click on [+ Add files] at the top right.
Now you choose whether to add a document from your computer by clicking [choose from computer].
After this, the file explorer opens, from which you can choose a document from any of your computer folders and upload it to Crossuite by clicking [Open].
Upload document without linking to a patient
It is also possible to upload a document in the Crossuite documents library without it being linked to a patient.
To do this, click on the
icon
on the left side to open the library. To add a document, you can then follow the same steps as in the patient file.
Upload document via drag & drop
Within the patient file, besides the option to upload files via the [Add attachment] button, you also have the option to drag files into the relevant section of the patient file. In the example below, you can see how an attachment is uploaded in the episode by dragging it. When the target area turns purple, release the file and it will be uploaded.
Subsequently, you will see the relevant file at the bottom.
You can do this within the documents section, the medical history, the episode, and the treatment. The example below shows this within the treatment section.
Subsequently, you will again see the relevant file at the bottom.
You download the file via the downward-pointing arrow.
You delete the file via the trash can icon.
