Setting up a default treatment

A default treatment is the treatment type that is automatically selected when booking an appointment. The default treatment can depend on location and user. You set a default treatment using the item pre-settings.
Go to [Settings] > [Finance] > [Product/service presets]. Then click the [+]-button to create a new preset.


Choose the item that should be set as the default.


Select the colleagues for whom this item is the default.

Select the locations for which the item is the default. Click [Create] to create the new pre-setting.
