Setting footer / mailfooter

Setting footer / mailfooter

Info
You can link a customised footer/email footer to any mail address you use inside Crossuite. This is a personalised text block that is automatically added at the bottom of every email message you send from Crossuite. Usually, the practice details and practice logo are placed in the footer.

Go to [Settings], choose the subject [Communication] > [Email address configuration]. Click the [Change] button next to the mail address whose footer you want to set.

Then go to [step 3: Footer]. At the bottom, click [Edit] to configure it.
Info
In case you do not want to use the footer, uncheck the [Use a footer when using this e-mail address?] checkbox.

Make the desired changes within the text editor.

To save, click the [X] at the top to close or [Next step] to complete the roadmap.
