Gap Search
Gap Search using the agenda
This function is used to display the first available free slots for appointments from the waiting list. Available times are calculated based on the work schedule and slots.

Under a pinned patient, click [
] to display the upcoming appointments and waiting list for this patient. Click [
] here to display the items on the waiting list.
Gap Search using the waiting list
Open the waiting list using the clock at the top left of the page. Click [
] after hovering over a waiting patient.
Gap Search using an existing appointment
Open an existing appointment and click [
Reschedule] or [
Duplicate]. The options regarding Gap Search are shown at the top of the agenda.
Using Gap Search
Click [Find first available gap]. The system uses the slots to display the first available appointment time according to the criteria. Create the appointment or click [Find next gap] to select another time. After creating the appointment, this item or patient is removed from the waiting list, tick [Keep in waiting list] at the bottom of the appointment balloon to keep it. This is confirmed through a notification at the bottom right of the page.
Click on a day or week on the left of the calendar, then click [Find next gap] to book an appointment from this point onwards.
