Manage rooms

Manage rooms

Info
Rooms are used to represent the different treatment rooms of a single location in Crossuite.

Go to [My account] > [Locations] > [Rooms]. Check [Enable rooms in your agenda].
Each location has one room by default. Click on [+] on the right to add an extra room, or click on [+] next to an existing room to edit it.

Rooms are assigned in the slot schedule. Go to Settings > Schedules and edit the schedule via []. Switch to advanced mode to set up slots for different rooms. See also: Set up work schedule

Change the colors of the slot or the appointment via Settings > Colouring to ensure that the room is displayed in the agenda.

In the agenda, you still have the option to change the room when creating the appointment.
