Show or hide appointments/slots

Idea
Showing only the slots and hiding the appointments is useful when you want an overview of your available times.
Click on [Appointments] in the top right to hide all appointments in the calendar.


To hide the slots in the calendar, click on [Slots].


Clicking the buttons a second time will show the appointments and slots again.
