Run MyCareNet check

Automatic execution of the MyCareNet check

MyCareNet is only accessible to our Belgian users.
The MyCareNet check is performed using the patient's INSZ number. The use of the MyCareNet check requires a link with eHealth.
Click on the profile picture at the bottom left and go to integrations. Click [Configure] next to the eHealth integration.


Tick the automatic check when opening the file here and click [Close]. From now on, the MyCareNet check will be performed automatically when opening a patient record.


Manually running the MyCareNet check

Open the patient details. Under the avatar or profile picture, click on the button [MyCareNet]. The message at the bottom right shows that the check has been performed successfully.


Running a customised MyCareNet check

Click the [⌄ button] next to MyCareNet and click Custom MyCareNet check. Select the desired configuration here and click [Perform check]. The results are displayed here, once closed the patient data is updated.
