Updating the configuration of the presets affects all colleagues in the practice. Presets automate and expedite the creation of invoices.

Go to [Settings] > [Invoicing] > [Presets] and click [+]. (Create a new billing preset)

 

Give the preset a title. The beneficiary is the sender of the invoice. If this is set to dynamic, then the beneficiary is adjusted to the account that creates the invoice, i.e., if you want the beneficiary to always be the same person, do not enable dynamic.

Choose for which disciplines, locations, and colleagues the preset may be used. For example, if you want to use a specific invoice numbering for location x, you can set this here.

Under numbering templates, you will find the invoice numbers that have been created. Choose which invoice numbering you want to use for the preset. See also Invoice numbering settings    

Under document templates, you will find the invoice templates that have been created. Choose which invoice template you want to use.

Attention: you can only choose one numbering and document template per preset.
Finally, click [Create] to create the invoice preset.
