Create or modify locations
Creating location
Attention: Only the practice administrator can create a location.Press the [+] button in the location overview.
Enter the location, colour and further information.
Filling in the location colour affects the colour of the slots in the calendar.
The details of latitude and longitude are filled in automatically when entering the address.
Once the location details are completed, press [Create location].
Change location
Go to your account by clicking your avatar or profile picture, choose for [Locations].
Next to the correct location, click the edit button.
Here you change the location details. Use the sliders if the location data is different from the practice details. Set the slider to ‘Yes’ to enter separate contact info or location data. The location colour affects the colour of the slots in the calendar.
Move location items
Check the location with the items you want to move and click [Transfer items].
Select the correct target location to move the items and click [Transfer items].
