There are 2 ways to completely block a day for online appointments.

Method 1: 

Idea
This is especially useful if you want to block a single day.
At the top of the calendar, on the specific day, click the arrow pointing down [] next to your name. Now click [Set Day as Full] to block it. To unblock it, uncheck the option again.


The blocked day is shaded in the diary.


Method 2: 

Idea
When you want to block multiple days at once, it's better to choose this method.
Schedule an appointment on the first day that needs to be blocked. Give the appointment a title, for example "Vacation", and enter the start and end time. For example, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM.


By clicking the -icon, we create a repetition, to block multiple days. To set the repetition, you choose custom. Here, you also enter the end date, if applicable.

The selected days are now blocked for (online) appointments.
